My acquaintance with Mrs. Lutfi, Associate Professor Toktash and Mrs. Rezier is one of the best things that ever happened to me. It is a happiness, a great honor and a pleasure to know them. After a stiffening in my low back, it was discovered that I had a large disc herniation at the L5-S1 level. I had emergency surgery in Bulgaria, December 2020, as things got complicated in a short period of time. We thought that after the surgery things would get better, that I would forget about the terrible pain, alas, it turned out that I was suffering from multi-level disc disease also at T10-11-T12 levels. I was admitted to hospital again, but this time not for surgery but for pain relief. After I was discharged from there, I was on conservative treatment for 7 months, visiting various sanatoriums around the country, hoping that they would help me. Alas, I didn't feel much relief, I became dependent on the pills and at some point, they were no longer helping me. Shortly before I deteriorated to a state where I couldn't walk again, I met my angel and my fairy godmothers. Here I am now, crying tears of happiness because fortune smiled on me at just the right moment and my prayers came true. When you truly believe, magic happens. On that sunny, summer August lunchtime, they smiled at me, greeted me warmly and told me "everything is going to be okay". I was relieved. My angels gave me hope that I would be healed. Of course, I was shocked when they told me that I had to have surgery again, that there was no other way to heal and otherwise, permanent disability would set in. I couldn't wait for the time to come when I would see them again. On Friday the 13th, the fatal but lucky day for me, my mother and I travelled by ambulance to the hospital, in Istanbul. Everything, down to the smallest detail was organized by my favorite fairy, Mrs. Lutfi, who made sure that my mom and I got to the hospital in the quickest and most comfortable way possible. The journey was long and painful, but I knew that I was going to be Associate Professor Toktash and his team. My angels, with hearts of gold and hands of gold, who put a smile back on my face. When we arrived and were checked in, we were delighted with the welcome and the conditions at the clinic. Associate Professor Toktash and his team made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We are very impressed with the professionalism, the care and dedication, the friendliness. I trusted completely Associate Professor Toktash and his team and I was impressed with how warmly they treated me and my condition. At every moment of my stay at the clinic, the team of Associate Professor Toktash made sure my condition was improving and treatment was going as planned. I am eternally grateful! And extremely happy to have become close with the whole team of professionals and more - I have made friendships that I hope will continue in the future. Thanks to my favorite angels and fairies, my fairy tale has a happy ending. I wish you and yours a happy ending. Don't stop believing in miracles because they happen.
