I've been wearing glasses since school, I'm nearsighted. After so many years of discomfort with contacts and glasses, my diopter stabilized and I decided it was time for laser correction. I read a lot of stuff around the internet and headed to Turkey. That's when I found out about Medical Carage from some friends and contacted them. I sent them the research I had from BG and waited for a reply. After about a week I received offers from 2 hospitals, I chose Memorial, because I've read good reviews about them and left. When I arrived they did a very thorough eye examination and confirmed that I was suitable for this correction. The next day I had the adjustment done, it went very quickly, in about 20 mins and they sent me home. In the evening the pain was quite strong, I couldn't open my eyes, but in the morning when I opened my eyes - they were as good as new. I could see everything, there was a slight fog, but it was normal, I didn't need glasses anymore. I can say that it was worth my trip, the pain and embarrassment.
