The award INCLUDES:
- Laser correction of myopia or hyperopia at American Hospital Turkey
Award does NOT include:
- Personal expenses
- Medical insurance for the trip
- Transport to Istanbul and back
- Postoperative medications
The winner will be selected from all entrants by lottery.
The prize will be awarded in the presence of notary Elena Zapryanova.
