In 2002, he received his specialty in Cardiology from the Faculty of Medicine, Kadir Has University.

From 2002 to 2014, Prof. Dr. Bilal Boztosun practiced at Kartal Kosuyolu High Specialty Hospital for Research and Scientific Activities, Istanbul. There, the specialist gained vast experience, after which he started his practice at Medipol Mega University Hospital, Istanbul, where he still works today.
