Dr. Shener Jihan, PhD, was born on July 18, 1970 in Hopa, Artvin. He received his medical degree from Uludag University School of Medicine in 1993. From 1994 to 1999, he specialized in internal medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Ondokuz Mayos University. From 2008 to 2011, she specialized in medical oncology at Ankara Numune Teaching and Research Hospital. He received the title of associate professor in 2016.
