Those wishing to travel must meet the following requirements:
- Patients must carry all medical records they have to date.
- For the ladies:
- Color photo if they have one taken. If they have surgeries and a video of them and an epicrisis in English.
- Blood tests: PROLACTIN, TSH, AMH, FULL BLOOD CARD, BLOOD GROUP, RUBELLA IgG, HEPATITIS TEST (HbsAg, AntiHBs and Anti HCV), HIV TEST (Anti HIV), FREE T4,
- For the gentlemen:
- Hepatitis test (HbsAg, AntiHBs and Anti HCV), HIV test (Anti HIV),
- Spermogram
Memorial Hospital specialists insist that the spermogram be done on site at the hospital. The examination will be performed at a promotional price.
The medical documentation will be discussed in advance with a coordinator from ZIC "Medical Karaj" and translated into English if necessary.
