Medipol Mega is the first private university hospital that owns all medical departments in Turkey. The hospital is accredited by the globally recognized JCI accreditation system. Medipol Mega has reciprocal agreements with ministries such as the Ministry of Health of Macedonia, the Ministry of Health of Romania, the Ministry of Health of Iraq, and the Ministry of Health of Libya. Medipol Mega accepts patients from 72 countries. We see about 100-150 international patients daily, speaking 12 different languages, who are cared for by our International Patient Services team , consisting of 70 people. The department provides a second medical opinion from our doctors. In this way, the patient is informed about his health condition, the details of his treatment and the fee before coming to Medipol Mega. We know that the most important treatment begins with peace of mind.
The hospital is close to the airport - 15min. and to the bus station - 5min. We meet our patients at the airport, we provide free transport between airport - hotel - hospital, interpreters guide patients during their treatment in the hospital, we can also provide the home comfort in our guest house (including breakfast, lunch and dinner). In our guesthouses they have the opportunity to watch TV channels that are broadcast in their own language. After the treatment is over we give the patient all the tests and epicrises translated into English. We do not abandon our patients after their discharge, especially if their problems are chronic, oncological or after an organ transplant.
