Located in Gaziantep Province, recognized as the heart of Southeast Anatolia, Medical Park Hospital, Gaziantep is a Class A healthcare facility built on 30,000 m² to serve 34 specialized branches including internal medicine, surgery, diagnostic and rehabilitation departments.
Apart from being a class A hospital by international standards, which provides medical services not only to patients from Gaziantep and its neighboring provinces/districts but also from neighboring countries of Turkey. Inaugurated in 2008, the hospital plays an important role in the region in terms of health tourism due to its technological infrastructure, high-tech equipment and specialized surgeries performed in the hospital.
Gaziantep Medical Park Hospital includes 9 operating rooms equipped with modern medical equipment, including 2 for cardiovascular surgery and 7 for all surgical interventions. All kinds of surgical interventions along with microsurgical operations are successfully performed in these operating rooms. Modern technological equipment such as Laminar Flow and HEPA filtered sterile ventilation systems are used in the operating rooms. All oncological surgeries are also successfully performed at Medical Park Hospital, Gaziantep.
The hospital also includes a delivery room, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to service emergency births.
Angiography department used for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, rhythm disorders, congenital heart diseases and rheumatic heart valve diseases. Coronary angiography, cardiac catheterization, electrophysiological studies (EPS) and ablation are successfully performed. Coronary, peripheral and carotid angiography are performed in the angiography department, which allows all cardiac interventions. In addition, "radial angiography" is successfully performed, which provides great convenience to patients.
The Cancer Centre, which was recently commissioned at Medical Park Hospital, Gaziantep as per international standards, is managed by a team of experienced doctors who collaborate in oncological surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology and oncological rehabilitation. Playing an active role in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of cancer, particularly lung, prostate, colon, stomach, pancreatic, breast, cervical and ovarian cancer, the Radiation Oncology Clinic sees patients from Gaziantep and its neighbouring provinces, but also from Middle Eastern countries.
In addition, a rheumatology unit has been commissioned, which has not been found in any other private hospital in the region.
