Embryology, andrology and research laboratories.
The key to a successful IVF procedure lies largely in the quality of laboratory services. In fact, the contribution of the laboratory and embryologists is thought to be about 50% of the success of the procedure. The remaining 50% is shared between egg preparation (ovulation induction) and embryo transfer. That is, a couple that produces eggs and sperm of average quality can increase their chances of success with a good embryology lab and a good embryo transfer.
