- Arrival at the Brussels clinic on 21 August, short presentation about the clinic and the professor. Each couple will be consulted separately by Prof. Dr. Karaman in person.
- After the consultations and examinations are completed, check in to the 4 star hotel in the late afternoon.
- Optional, for an additional fee, fish restaurant on the Bosphorus.

- Morning - breakfast at the hotel

- Visit Istanbul's shopping mall with free time for shopping.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE EXAMINATION:
- If you have had surgery, you must carry all the documents relating to it.
- If you have had in vitro procedures or inseminations before you should bring the stimulation protocols.
- If you have had genetic testing done you should bring the results.
- If you have a color photo taken you should also bring the result.
REQUIRED EXAMINATIONS FOR WOMEN that you must bring to your primary examination:
- AMH (Antimüllerian hormone)
- Prolactin (in the morning before 9 am blood is given, after 15 min. at rest)
- TSH
- T4
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Blood group
Serological:
- Hepatitis B (Anti-HBs)
- Hepatitis C (Anti-HCV)
- Anti-HIV (I+II)
- Rubella - IgG (immunoglobulin G)
REQUIRED EXAMINATIONS FOR MEN to bring to the primary examination:

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE BORDER CROSSING AND THE SITUATION:
Bulgaria - Turkey:
- a negative PCR test for SARS-Cov-2 not older than 72 hours, or
- a rapid antigen test no older than 48 hours, or
- a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 if at least 14 days have elapsed since the completion of vaccination, or
- an official document issued by a competent institution stating that they have suffered from COVID-19 within the last 6 months before entering the country.
As of 15 March 2021, all travellers arriving from abroad in the Republic of Turkey are required to complete an electronic form on the Turkish Ministry of Health website within 72 hours prior to entry at https://register.health.gov.tr/ , with basic personal details, contact details and address in Turkey. An extract of the registration made in electronic form or on paper may be carried.
Turkey - Bulgaria:
You will only be admitted to the Republic of Bulgaria if you provide:
- Valid EU digital COVID certificate of vaccination or pre-treatment or test (PCR/antigen test)
- A document showing a negative result from a PCR test within 72 hours or a rapid antigen test within 48 hours before entry into the country. The time starts from the moment of taking the sample for the test.
*The document must contain:
- the name of the traveller, written in Latin, as per the passport;
- date of birth
- type of test, Latin method (PCR or RAT) and negative result (Negative)
- date and time of sampling for testing
- Trade name and manufacturer of the test (mandatory for rapid antigen tests - We attach a list provided by the Ministry);
- name of the laboratory/medical establishment that performed the test;
- the country in which the examination was carried out and the issuing authority
For travellers who are vaccinated:
- An online platform has been set up where anyone vaccinated with proof of vaccination can obtain a valid EU digital COVID vaccination certificate. Personal details need to be entered as well as the details on the paper certificate provided to you after vaccination /if you have not been issued one before/

- After completing the form, the system issues a unique QR code that will be scanned upon verification.
- The same form can also be completed by SURVIVORS by selecting the "Survivor" option from the drop-down menu. A person with a Positive test (PCR or rapid antigen test) valid for the period from the 11th to the 180th day from the date of the test recorded in the document is considered to have had a pre-existing disease.
- In case Bulgarian citizens and persons with permanent, long-term or continuous residence status on the territory of Bulgaria and their family members do not present a document listed above, they are subject to a 10-day quarantine after their arrival in the country. The quarantine may be lifted on presentation of a negative PCR or antigen test result within 24 hours of entry into the country.
