I am P. Б. , 61 years old from the town of. I am 61 years old.
I found out about ZIC Medical Karaj from the internet. I looked and researched for a long time, and I came to you. Your assistance information is most complete and comprehensive and the reviews of your activities are excellent.
My assessment of your work is a solid 6, excellent.
I am completely satisfied with the service I received and cannot see what more you can do for your clients. I would recommend your services to all my acquaintances if necessary with full knowledge of their quality.
For the services at Memorial Hospital Bahçeliévler I give a score of countless 6 sixes. I cannot describe the attentiveness, kindness, helpfulness, humanity and promptness of the necessary tests and adequate medical care I received at every stage of my stay there.
I wouldn't dream of any recommendations for anything better in their services. There is no basis for comparison with the services I received at our best hospitals in Sofia.
I highly recommend Memorial Hospital Bahchelivler in Istanbul to anyone who needs consultation and treatment. Yes, it is not free, yes, it is expensive compared to the average salaries of most Bulgarians, but the hard way I have already convinced myself that nothing is more expensive and valuable than health. Unfortunately, we do not pay attention to earlier symptoms, we do not do almost any health prevention, we do not believe that a serious illness can befall us. And when we encounter the bad we expect healing miracles immediately.
I will share my story briefly. In January 2020, I had surgery for a perianal fistula, fistulas and hemorrhoids. After a hellishly painful recovery, my previous symptoms such as discomfort, pain, mucus and blood on passing stool persisted. I suffered for several months but no improvements. I went back for check-ups, recto and colonoscopies, MRI, etc. at various good hospitals in Sofia. Everywhere the diagnosis was the same - recurrence of the fistula, which is common, and only a new operation, but with a high probability of subsequent problems with non-retention. I was also given a date for surgery in November 2020, but gave up and decided to seek a second opinion in Turkey.
That's how I ended up at ZIC Medical Karaj. With the kind and professional assistance of Zornitsa we sent all medical documents for opinion from hospitals in Turkey. After a few days, I received replies and suggestions from three hospitals. I chose Memorial Bahceliyevler Hospital in Istanbul. But due to the worsening Kovid situation and my fear of a re-operation, I decided to wait again, lest it would pass. And when my condition became intolerable, I decided on a trip to Istanbul for an examination. In 3-4 days, Antonia from Medical Karadži arranged everything - an appointment for the examination, air tickets, hotel accommodation, transfers to and from the airport and between the hotel and the hospital.
And on the morning of 01.02.2021 I was outside the office of Prof. Dr. Elise Altanle. Neriman and Harika were waiting for us in the hospital and they took care of the organization and translation into Bulgarian. Special thanks to Harika for her attention and care throughout my stay in the hospital. After the immediate rectocopy and MRI, the professor was adamant that the fistula was not currently active and was not the cause of my suffering. The professor said there was no reason for surgery and not to touch anything that was not in the way. He is ever available if needed. He referred me to a gastroenterologist for a full gastro and colonoscopy to look for the problem. The next day at the scopia Assoc. Prof. Dr. Salih Boa found and excised 3 polyps in the stomach and colon, one of which was 2 cm and of the third degree. He prescribed antibiotic and probiotic treatment for the severely inflamed mucous membranes of my stomach and intestines and within 2 days my health problem was resolved.
I keep asking myself how, with so many examinations and tests in different hospitals, no one saw these formations, is it a matter of technique and equipment or the experience and diligence of the doctors working with this technique? What would have happened if they had operated on me a second time with adverse consequences? Why did I endure so much pain these almost two years? But ... all is well when it ends well!
