Hello!
I would like to briefly share my impressions of the visit to Shishly Memorial Hospital, Istanbul, and the organization of my examination.
As soon as you enter the lobby of the hospital, you are pleasantly surprised - pleasant music greets you, a woman plays the harp!!! The building is beautiful, modern, modernly equipped. I have the feeling that I am in a five-star hotel, it does not have the specific breath of a hospital. There are young people everywhere at the reception, smiling and friendly.
You don't have to hang in long lines, there are no patients who come in before others. The wait outside the surgeries is minimal - as they enter your passport details, they invite you to sit on the comfortable seats in front of the registrars.
I had checkups with two doctors - a dermatologist and an internal medicine doctor. They were both very kind, listen to you /with an interpreter/, ask questions, look for a way to find the disease. They did a biopsy and took my blood for tests - everything was done professionally. You get the feeling that these people are empathetic, they want to help. I'm waiting for the results and have hope that they will diagnose and prescribe the appropriate treatment!
Regarding the welcome and transfer to the hospital and bus station - everything was well organized. The hotel you booked for us, "Tempo Chaglayan", is very nice and cozy!
I would like to express my gratitude to the translators - Behinar and Elise, very helpful, smiling, they accompany you everywhere and their translations are perfect.
And finally - special thanks to Mrs. Zornitsa Nachkova from the Health Information Center Medical Karaj, the person who coordinated everything and who was always available!!!
In conclusion - a big "THANK YOU" to all the people from the medical center and the hospital involved in the examinations and their organization!!!
Thank you for organizing everything so one can focus on their treatment and not on household problems!!!
Be alive and well, keep helping people!!!
See you soon.
