Our In Vitro Centre ISCARE was founded in 1995 as the first assisted reproduction centre in the Czech Republic. Over the years it has expanded to include departments of plastic surgery, an obesity centre and gastroenterology. Czech law allows egg donation, sperm donation and embryo donation. Under Czech law, the age limit for women who can undergo these procedures is 49 years and 364 days. This means that once you reach the age of 50, you can no longer undergo in-vitro treatment.
Our program in the Czech Republic (also called ED program) is designed for women who, even after hormonal stimulation, are unable to produce an egg and therefore need a donor.Thanks to our extensive donor database, we are able to find a donor who best suits your needs and organize the process, along with cycle synchronization and embryo transfer, without wasting valuable time.

Typically, all treatment in our clinic requires a total of 3 appointments - counseling, fertilization of the eggs with the sperm of the partner/spouse (or donor) and embryo transfer:
- Depleted ovarian reserve
- Age factor
- Women born without ovaries
- Irreversible ovarian surgeries
- Undergone treatment with chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- Carriers of a genetic abnormality (genetic disease) that can be passed on to the baby
We also have the option to do a first consultation over Skype to explain the whole process and answer all your questions.
DONORS
Our donors undergo a number of doctors' appointments and special medical tests to be entered into our database. Our selection is then very accurate and thorough. We have a high selection criterion for donors, as stipulated by law.
Women are between 18-34 years and men between 18-35 years.
Our efforts are to find donors of the phenotype matching those of the recipient (blood type, hair and eye color, height, weight, skin type).
The waiting time to find a compatible donor is about 2-3 months.
The donation in the Czech Republic is anonymous.Our clinic is to help all those who wish to become proud parents.
