Dr. Cem Yoz received his medical degree from Suleiman Demirel University School of Medicine in 2004.
In 2005 he started his specialization at the Faculty of Medicine of Suleyman Demirel University, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and graduated in 2011.
He completed his military service at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of Ankara Gulhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) in 2012. He attended a fellowship program at the Hand Surgery Clinic of Ankara University Faculty of Medicine for six months in 2013.
He completed his compulsory service at the Dr. Selahattin Cizrelioğlu State Hospital in Cizre, Şırnak. After that, he started working at Adana Çukurova Dr. Askım Tüfekçi State Hospital.
In December 2018, Dr. Turgut Noyan started working at Başkent University Adana Hospital Seyhan Application and Research Center. In 2020-2021, he is working at the Ministry of Health Training and Research Hospital in Adana.
He will work at İstanbul Medipol Koşuyolu Hospital from October 2021 to April 2022. Dr. Cem Öz is currently working at Bahçeşehir University Medical Park Göztepe Hospital.
