He received his medical education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Uludag from 2002 to 2009.
He specialized in internal medicine at the Kocaeli University School of Medicine from 2011 to 2015. He specialized in medical oncology at Sakarya University from 2016 to 2020 and at Bağcılar EPH from 2020 to 2022.
Since July 2022, he has been a specialist in medical oncology at Medical Park Floria Hospital, Istanbul.
Dr. Özlem Özkul has dozens of publications in national and international specialized journals. She has participated in numerous national and international congresses and seminars as a speaker and presenter.
