Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arifoglu completed his Master's degree at Erciyes University. He studied there from 1997 to 2003. He did his internship in Ophthalmology at Ankara Atatürk Teaching and Research Hospital/ Ankara Atatürk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi/ 2005-2010. In 2017, she became an "Assistant Professor" at Okan University - Okan Üniversitesi. In the same year, he received the degree of "Associate Professor" in Ophthalmology - ÜAK.
